Job description
Management Rotation Trainee

Keystone Automotive Operations is seeking to hire recent college graduates into the role of Management Rotation Trainee. Our two-year rotational program is designed to provide a challenging yet educational experience for qualified college graduates in the primary functional areas of our business. Participants will aim to successfully complete each rotation as well as cultivate suggestions and improvements of our current processes.

The Management Rotation Trainee will receive personal training from our program leaders, interact with each of our functional area leaders daily, and receive personal coaching from a dedicated mentor throughout the entirety of the program.

The program is comprised of three core rotations:

  • Sales & Marketing
  • Category & Inventory Management
  • Operations & Logistics

As a Management Rotation Trainee, you will be tasked with learning the fundamentals of each of these departments. You will work alongside managers to complete projects and tasks that will help in building the skills needed to become a future business leader.

Candidate Qualifications
  • Recent college graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, Sales, Marketing, or other business-related degree.
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Highly self-motivated individual possessing strong communication skills.
  • Must possess the desire to be a future leader
  • Must aspire to gain exposure to multiple facets of business to better acquire an appropriate foundation of knowledge.
Program Requirements

Each candidate is required to fulfill at least one rotation in at least two of the following participating locations. Temporary relocation is required:

  • Exeter, Pennsylvania
  • Austell, Georgia
  • Brownstown, Michigan
  • Eastvale, California
  • Irving, Texas
  • Kansas City, Kansas
  • Orlando, Florida
  • Spokane, Washington

Candidates are required to work the typical schedules of the assigned roles within each rotation:

  • Work shifts vary greatly between some roles:
    • Sales, Marketing, and Category & Inventory Management shifts are typically scheduled between 8 am – 6:30 pm
    • Operations shifts vary depending on role:
      • 1st shift, 2nd shift and possibly 3rd shift
      • Workdays can be any days from Sunday through Saturday, depending on the role.
    • Delivery shifts typically start between 3:00 am – 5:00 am
Physical Requirements

Candidate must also be physically able to perform all required tasks:

  • Required physical activities:
    • Sales, Marketing, and Category & Inventory Management:
      • Sitting for extended periods of time.
      • Working on a computer for extended periods of time.
    • Operations & Delivery:
      • Lifting up to 75 lbs.
      • Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, reach, climb, and descend stairs safely.
      • Work on powered equipment – WE WILL TRAIN YOU!
      • Assist delivery drivers with their routes to include loading product onto the delivery vehicle and unloading product at our customer’s location.
      • Travel, via airplane or vehicle, for cross dock (delivery) site visits, with a Regional Delivery Manager, is required.
