Menards is offering a paid, part-time Management Internship designed to train you for a future role in retail management. The program runs for 12 weeks and pairs you with General Management and Department Managers to build hands-on leadership experience.

Participants will gain experience in running store operations, team leadership, and daily management tasks, while enjoying benefits like a weekend pay premium, store discounts, profit sharing, and flexible scheduling.
