Engagify is a growing live marketing company that partners with 40+ brands, organizations, and nonprofit partners to help create meaningful connections with communities. While we work with a variety of partners, our Charlotte team is currently expanding to support our nonprofit campaigns and help organizations increase awareness and community support.

We are looking for individuals who are ready to start at the entry level, learn the fundamentals, and grow into future leadership opportunities.

What Is the Management Development Program?

This is not a position where you walk in managing a team on day one.

Our program is built around learning every aspect of the business, developing strong communication skills, and preparing you to take on increased responsibility over time.

You will learn:

• Customer and community engagement.
• Face‑to‑face marketing strategies.
• Sales and campaign development.
• Team communication and leadership.

As you develop your skills and demonstrate leadership ability, you will have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and advance within the company.
