The Opportunity

As a Management Consulting - Workforce Solutions Intern, you will engage with clients to support their workforce transformation initiatives, focusing on change management and communications. Within our Advisory practice, you will gain exposure to a variety of projects that guide clients towards sustainable growth and competitive advantage in today's dynamic market. As an Intern, you will support teams by participating in projects, conducting research, and observing professional work environments. You will be encouraged to apply a learning mindset, actively listen, and express ideas clearly. In this role, you will contribute to enhancing people experience services, helping businesses create a positive and engaging employee environment. Responsibilities

• Supporting teams in executing change management and communication strategies
• Participating in the development of workforce solutions to enhance employee experience

What You Must Have

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree
• Client service intern positions are entry-level and job seekers are traditionally either in their 3rd year of a 4 year degree program or in the 4th year of a 5 year program. Client service interns typically join us during the winter/spring or summer prior to their intended graduation year

The salary range for this position is: $29.25 - $48.00. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
