Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in management consulting or within the financial services industry.
• Proven experience working with banks, insurance companies, asset managers, or other financial institutions.
• Deep understanding of financial services regulations (e.g., Basel III, POPIA, FICA).
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in financial modeling.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, adaptable to virtual environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and client relationships effectively remotely.
• Proficiency in relevant software and collaboration tools for remote work.
• Residing within or having strong connections to South Africa is advantageous for client engagement.
