Job summary

DB&A - DeWolff, Boberg & Associates, Inc. seeks a Management Consultant to drive client outcomes by coaching frontline teams and partnering with management across the organization.

The role focuses on improving operations, enhancing engagement, and delivering measurable performance improvements. The position requires traveling domestically year-round, with weekly travel patterns and interactions with client leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of proven direct supervision and management experience in production and manufacturing environments preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage conflict, build consensus, and facilitate problem solving and collaboration among cross functional teams.
• Ability to balance delivery of results, problem solving, and client management.
• Develop credibility with all levels of the organization and external clients.
• Strong observation, analytical, numerical reasoning, business acumen, and leadership skills.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, high pressure, changing environments.
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
• Ability to work in a team and provide/receive daily constructive feedback.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

This position requires 100% domestic travel – fly out Sunday, fly home Friday, year-round.

Professional Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Engineering or related field.
