The Management Analyst I provides direct, unit-level services essential to the delivery and implementation of housing rehabilitation and community improvement activities. This position serves as the primary entry point for units and carry a full rehabilitation caseload, performing all tasks required to move units from initial intake through construction activities and final client closeout. The Management Analyst I ensures program compliance, coordinates with technical staff, and supports residents throughout the rehabilitation process.
Reports directly to the Program Manager or designated supervisor. Works under general supervision and follows program guidelines, policies, and procedures while exercising independent judgment within assigned responsibilities.

Very heavy work: Exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
