Job summary

LV Aero, LLC is seeking an accounting professional to manage billing for managed service fees, including recurring monthly charges, technology licenses, and recruiting fees. You will verify contract terms and apply discounts and concessions in line with agreed pricing.

You will oversee month-end reconciliations, analyze billed amounts, and partner with FP&A on variance to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
• 3 years' experience in accounting.

This role is responsible for billing managed service fees, including recurring monthly service fees, technology license fees, recruiting fees, and applicable discounts and concessions. This role reviews customer contracts, manages and communicates annual fee increases, and oversees the accuracy of data flow from Salesforce to Oracle. They perform month-end reconciliation and analysis of billed fees, partnering with FP&A on variance analysis to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
