Job summary

Zotec Partners is seeking a Managed File Transfer Engineer to join our File Management Department in a remote role. You will manage and prioritize daily SFTP and Mirth Connect tasks, automate processes, and ensure secure file movement across HL7 and healthcare data standards.

You’ll analyze data with SQL queries, configure SFTP users and folders, troubleshoot connections, and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience with SQL querying to analyze data.
• GoAnywhere experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HL7, EDI X12, image formats, and Excel.
• Proficient MS Office skills.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

We’re seeking a Managed File Transfer Engineer to join us. This is a remote position.

As an MFT Engineer, you will be a key contributor within the File Management Department by managing and prioritizing daily SFTP and Mirth Connect tasks.

What you’ll bring to Zotec:

• Experience utilizing SQL, including writing and running queries, to analyze data
• Goanywhere experience preferred
• Knowledge and understanding of file structure for analysis (HL7, EDI x12, Image formats, Excel)
• Proficient MS Office skills
• Ability to understand critical issues and bring appropriate resolution through problem solving and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
• Flexible mentality: eager and willing to learn new technology, performing varied tasks, and adapting to change
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Professionally exercises discretion and independent judgment in day-to-day work
