Job summary

Saint Luke's Health System is seeking an experienced professional to negotiate managed care contracts in coordination with patient accounts and medical case management across 10 hospitals, home health agencies, and over 400 affiliated physicians.

You will develop and maintain relationships with managed care plans, conduct monthly operations meetings, and drive contract implementation and ongoing administration to achieve optimal terms for SLHS.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of applicable experience in contract management or negotiations.
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in health administration, business, or a related field.
• Experience negotiating managed care contracts and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate managed care contracts for SLHS across hospitals, home health agencies, and affiliated physicians.
• Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with managed care plans.
• Lead monthly operations meetings and oversee contract implementation and administration.
• Collaborate with patient accounts and medical case management to align contract terms with organizational goals.

In addition this position is responsible for developing and maintaining ongoing relationships with managed care plans conducting monthly operations meetings and working through the implementation and ongoing administration of managed care contracts
