Job summary

NorthBay Health is seeking a Managed Care Analyst to support provider enrollment, contracting, and contract performance initiatives. The role focuses on process improvements for managed care activities and overseeing Experian and EPIC contract management applications.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of quantitative/qualitative analysis experience, healthcare analytics background, and strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and related contract management tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
2–3 years of professional experience in quantitative/qualitative analysis.
Healthcare analytics experience preferred with DRG/ICD-10 knowledge.
Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills; familiarity with MDStaff and contract systems.
Ability to perform financial analyses and understand contracting terminology.

Responsibilities

Support provider enrollment, contracting, and contract performance initiatives.
Monitor enrollment guidelines and payer regulations for current and future services.
Coordinate configuration of Experian and EPIC contract manager apps; update fee schedules and terms.
Prepare contract analytics for negotiations and support contract management systems.
Collaborate with internal teams; cross-train on system maintenance and dashboards.
Demonstrate strong written and oral communication with external contacts.
