Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Managed Attribution (MA) program manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of MA accounts. You will serve as the central point of contact for personnel seeking MA capabilities, ensure adherence to procedures, training, and documentation, and coordinate with cybersecurity and operations security teams.

You will maintain security, conduct compliance audits, manage provisioning and access controls, and preserve meticulous records while interfacing with key

Qualifications

• US citizen with TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering.
• 8+ years of experience with DoW or similar programs.
• Experience in program management, security, or related fields.
• Experience with MA and OPSEC.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive lifecycle management and oversight for all MA accounts and activities.
• Serve as the central point of contact for personnel seeking MA capabilities.
• Ensure adherence to procedural, training, and documentation requirements.
• Maintain the integrity, security, and operational readiness of the MA program.
• Interface with key stakeholders and manage compliance and auditing.
• Maintain meticulous records and manage MA account provisioning, access control, and deactivation processes.
• Conduct compliance audits and security reviews of MA activities.
• Develop and maintain MA program policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity and operations security teams.
