Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic mammography, including screening and diagnostic images, with opportunities to learn Localizations, stereotactic, and Contrast Enhanced biopsies. The technologist will prepare patients and equipment, perform studies independently, and rotate between multiple locations.

Qualifications include an Associate's Degree or trade equivalency, R.T.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Trade School equivalency.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist (R.T. (R)) certification.
• Willingness to train for Mammography (M) certification.
• Preferred certifications include IEMA (Illinois) and other relevant licenses.
• No prior experience required; however, related experience and additional certifications such as CPR and IV Therapy are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform mammograms and assist with advanced imaging procedures as needed.
• Ensure proper preparation of patients and equipment for procedures.
• Maintain quality control and adhere to safety protocols.
