Job summary

OptumCare is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform screening and diagnostic mammography examinations in a high-quality health system. The role includes maintaining MQSA-compliant records, accurate data entry, and strict adherence to safety policies to protect patients and staff.

Ongoing credential maintenance and participation in departmental meetings are required. The ideal candidate holds an Associate's Degree in Radiologic Sciences, ARRT(R)(M) certification and NM state licensure, plus

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Sciences or Graduate of an Accredited Radiologic Program.
• ARRT(R)(M); Radiologic Technologist Certificate issued by State of NM, and Current BLS Certification.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology and Radiation Safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Performs screening and diagnostic mammography examinations
• Assists in maintaining records and reports consistent with MQSA
• Enter data into computer and ensures accuracy
• Adheres to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety
• Maintains credentials and/or licensure
• Attends and participates in departmental meetings
• Performs other duties as assigned
