Job summary

Bellingham Advanced Medical Imaging, LLC. in Mount Vernon, WA is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to support radiologists in mammography screening, diagnostic and interventional procedures. You will provide patient care, education, ensure safety, and document procedures with strong teamwork.

The position requires WA state Radiologic Technologist certification, ARRT, AHA BLS, and ongoing CEUs. Shift is Monday–Thursday, 4pm–10pm, with a focus on accurate imaging, patient comfort and timely PACS

Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of current Mammography scanning protocols and procedures.
• Proficient in PACS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must maintain radiology CEUs.
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Shift: Monday through Thursday, 4pm to 10pm.
• Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms and procedures per site protocols.
• Provide radiation protection for patient and staff.
• Explain procedures and obtain patient consent.
• Maintain patient care, comfort, and safety during exams.
• Ensure images and documentation are entered into PACS timely.
• Coordinate with front desk on schedule changes.
• Perform equipment quality checks and report issues.
