MOHR Talent is partnering with a premier women’s diagnostic imaging center in Miami, seeking a Certified Mammography Technologist for a 100% onsite, Monday–Friday schedule (7:30AM–4:30PM). The role emphasizes quality imaging, patient comfort, and collaboration with board-certified radiologists.

Ideal candidates will have ARRT(M) credentials or CMRT, state licensure, and 3+ years of mammography experience with keen attention to detail and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms following positioning protocols
• Ensure high-quality images for radiologists
• Review patient history and prior imaging
• Prepare exam rooms and maintain sterilization standards
• Assist with biopsies and perform quality control on imaging equipment
• Verify patient identity and physician orders
• Adjust mammography equipment for required angles
• Communicate concerns to the radiology team

They’re seeking an experienced Mammography Technologist who takes pride in precision, patient interaction, and delivering diagnostic clarity. What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms following established positioning protocols
• Ensure high-quality images are provided to radiologists for accurate interpretation
• Review patient history and prior imaging before procedures
• Prepare exam rooms and maintain strict sterilization and infection control standards
• Assist with biopsies and perform quality control on imaging equipment
• Verify patient identity and confirm physician orders
• Adjust and program mammography equipment to capture all required imaging angles
• Communicate any potential concerns to the radiology/clinical team
• Maintain efficient workflow while prioritizing patient safety and comfort

What They’re Looking For
