Job summary

Qualifications

• ARRT certification is required to perform diagnostic mammography.
• State license in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology is mandatory.
• BLS certification is required at the time of hire.
• At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate mammographic equipment per policy and protocol.
• Produce high quality diagnostic images in a timely manner.
• Monitor patient well-being during exams and address issues.
• Guide patients through procedures with clear explanations.
• Respond to physician questions and patient needs.
