Vighter LLC is recruiting a Mammography Technologist to perform high-quality imaging at the Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center (CRDAMC) in Fort Hood, TX. This role supports 24/7 operations with varied hours and requires patient-centered care.

The position demands an Associate degree and ARRT Mammography certification, plus BLS or ACLS. Expect teamwork with radiologists and other healthcare staff in a fast-paced medical setting.

Qualificações

• Minimum two years of experience as Mammography Tech
• ARRT Mammography certification required
• BLS or ACLS certification required
• Associates degree and graduation from an approved School of Radiologic Technology

Responsabilidades

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography examinations per physician orders and protocols
• Position patients to obtain high-quality images while ensuring safety and comfort
• Operate digital mammography equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
• Review images for quality and repeat studies when necessary
• Educate patients on procedures and address questions or concerns
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR
• Follow radiation safety, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines
• Perform routine quality control and equipment checks
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals for timely patient care
• Maintain knowledge of mammography standards and best practices
