Baptist Health Walker Hospital is seeking a Mammography Technologist to provide high-quality breast imaging while ensuring patient safety and comfort. The role requires adherence to MQSA and FDA guidelines and skilled operation of imaging equipment.

The technologist will perform mammography imaging, document procedures in the Radiology Information System, and participate in quality control and safety initiatives. Benefits start on day one, with competitive pay and a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Maintains CME points as mandated by MQSA.
• ARRT radiologic technologist registry.
• BLS/Healthcare Provider certification required.

Responsabilités

• Perform mammography imaging and related procedures.
• Adhere to FDA and MQSA regulatory requirements.
• Position patients and equipment to produce high-quality images.
• Utilize Radiology Information System to document exams and reports.
• Apply radiation safety principles to minimize exposure.
