Qualifications

• ARRT-accredited radiologic technology program completion required.
• Washington Radiologic Technologist certification on hire.
• BLS certification on hire.
• Registered Technologist in Radiography and Mammography within 1 year of hire.
• General radiography experience may be required depending on location.

Role Overview

The Mammography Technologist – Diagnostic Radiology performs screening mammography procedures in a high-volume outpatient setting, ensuring high-quality imaging to aid in breast disease diagnosis and treatment.

They interact compassionately with patients, providing support and care throughout their breast health journey.

Responsibilities include executing radiological technical procedures, conducting quality control activities per MQSA and FDA standards, and utilizing general radiography skills when needed.

Qualifications And Skills

• Completion of an ARRT-accredited radiologic technology training program.
• Washington Radiologic Technologist certification upon hire.
• American Heart Association BLS certification upon hire.
• Registered Technologist in Radiography and Mammography (within 1 year of hire).
• Prior general radiography experience may be required depending on location.

Preferred

• Two years of full-time mammography experience.
