Job summary

Solis Mammography is hiring a Mammography Technologist in Flourtown, PA. This PRN/variable position focuses on performing diagnostic and screening mammograms with meticulous positioning and exposure techniques, while educating patients about breast health.

The role requires ARRT registry, state radiology registration, CPR/BLS, MQSA/FDA CEUs, and familiarity with eRad and Sectra RIS/PACS. Join a patient-focused team dedicated to excellence in care.

Qualifications

• Completion of a two year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Experience: One-year full-time Mammography experience with documented clinical and 3D.
• Valid state radiology registration as required by state law.
• ARRT registry.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.
• MQSA/FDA 15 CEU every 3 years, 200 documented cases every 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Promote Solis Way and provide compassionate patient care.
• Communicate procedures to patients and educate women about regular mammography and breast health.
• Communicate effectively with doctors, patients and staff.
• Maintain patient-first focus and high-quality mammography positioning and exposure.
• Perform diagnostic or screening mammograms as ordered and assist Radiologist with complex examinations.
• Adhere to radiation safety measures and assist in preparing for mammography exams.
