Job summary

Responsibilities include operating the Hologic Dimensions system, verifying patient information, maintaining MQSA records, and collaborating with the team to sustain an efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Current Texas Medical Board license required.
• ARRT Mammography (M) certification required.
• Experience with mammography and radiologic technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality screening and diagnostic mammograms using Hologic Dimensions equipment.
• Verify patient information, explain procedures, and help reduce patient anxiety.
• Position patients accurately and set exposure factors for optimal images.
• Follow radiation protection practices to minimize exposure.
• Review images for quality and documentation in records.
• Maintain MQSA documentation and participate in quality-control testing.
