Job summary

Providence Hood River Memorial Hospital is seeking a Mammography Technologist for a full-time day shift in Hood River, OR. You will perform mammography exams with a focus on image quality and patient care, following physician orders and using state-of-the-art equipment.

Qualified applicants will hold an Oregon Radiographer License, current BLS, ARRT Radiography certification, and obtain Mammography certification within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirements.
• Oregon Radiographer License required upon hire.
• BLS from American Heart Association required upon hire.
• ARRT Radiography certification; Mammography within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs mammography examinations according to physicians' orders using advanced equipment.
• Considers patient needs and imaging factors to produce optimal images.
