As part of the Diagnostic Float Team, you will deliver safe, high-quality mammography imaging while ensuring a compassionate patient experience. Your responsibilities include performing exams per physician orders, reviewing image quality, maintaining safety protocols, and operating equipment efficiently. You will also ensure proper documentation, equipment readiness, and adherence to regulatory standards such as ACR and MQSA.
Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program, and at least 2 years of hospital-based radiologic and mammography experience. Certifications needed are ARRT-R, ARRT-M, and BLS. Strong skills in anatomy, pathology, positioning, radiation safety, and patient communication are essential.
