Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital is seeking a Mammography Technologist to join the Weill Cornell Breast Center. This full-time position in the day shift involves performing screening and diagnostic mammograms with state-of-the-art equipment, in a collaborative, high-volume environment that prioritizes patient care.

You will work closely with skilled technologists to deliver accurate results while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and privacy.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of Radiology.
• New York State Radiologic Technology License.
• ARRT registered in Radiologic Technology and Mammography.

Responsibilities

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms, needle localizations, stereotactic procedures, and ductograms
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and privacy throughout the imaging process
• Maintain accurate records and comply with ACR and FDA standards
• Participate in quality control and daily equipment checks
• Collaborate with a supportive team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
