Job summary

The Mammography Technologist at IHA performs mammography exams to aid physicians in diagnosis and treatment while ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance. The role requires ARRT certification, CPR, and MQSA standards adherence, with 1–2 years of experience and an Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent, and it supports Day Shift with 1.0 FTE.

Location: Loyola Outpatient & off satellite sites. Eligible for a $2,500 sign-on bonus and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of previous radiology experience.
• Associate Degree OR equivalent training.
• ARRT certification and CPR required; Mammography certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform mammography exams following protocol and radiation safety.
• Prepare equipment, maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Maintain licensure and continuing education requirements.
• Complete QA testing per ACR and MQSA standards.
• Communicate effectively with radiology staff and patients.
