Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology is required.
• ARRT-R certification required.
• CA MRT license required.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
• Fluoroscopy license and venipuncture preferred in CA.

Responsibilities

• Completes breast exams and performs diagnostic or screening mammography.
• Operates mammography equipment and prepares for radiologist procedures including breast biopsies.
• Maintains patient education and ensures privacy and safety during exams.
• Completes documentation and communicates instructions to patient care areas.
