Medical Solutions Direct Hire is seeking a Mammography Technologist for an outpatient imaging role in Neptune, New Jersey. This full-time position offers a daytime schedule with no nights or on-call, using state-of-the-art mammography equipment and a patient-centered workflow.

You will join a physician-led radiology practice that emphasizes quality care, safety, and professional development within a high-volume outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program.
• ARRT Certification in Mammography is required.
• Active state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist, as applicable.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong commitment to patient care, safety and image quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography exams per established protocols.
• Accurately position patients to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
• Maintain patient comfort while delivering professional, compassionate care.
• Ensure MQSA and safety/quality control compliance.
• Prepare and maintain mammography equipment and rooms.
• Document procedures accurately in imaging/reporting systems.
• Collaborate with radiologists and staff to support timely diagnosis.
• Educate patients about procedures and address questions.
