Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a compassionate Mammography Technologist to join a leading healthcare team in Seattle, WA. You will perform high-quality digital mammography exams while prioritizing patient comfort, safety, and care throughout the procedure.

Typical schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Candidates must hold ARRT certification, complete an ARRT-approved Radiologic Technology program, and maintain a valid Washington State license or be in process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Completion of an ARRT-approved Radiologic Technology program.
• Current ARRT certification.
• Board Certified in Mammography or Board Eligible (certification within 1 year).
• Active Washington State license or pending application.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality digital mammograms following established protocols.
• Explain procedures and ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and safety standards.
• Evaluate mammography images for technical quality and accuracy.
• Follow radiation safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain equipment and workspace cleanliness per infection control guidelines.
• Adapt to changing patient needs and departmental priorities.

Required Qualifications
