Job summary

Tufts Medical Center seeks a Mammography Technologist to perform high-quality breast imaging in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. You will conduct screening and diagnostic mammograms, ensure accurate image acquisition, and support radiologists with advanced imaging procedures.

You’ll educate patients, operate equipment, maintain QC, document in the EMR, and support radiologists. The role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, learning, and contributing to breast health

Qualifications

• Experience or training in breast imaging and mammography procedures.
• Ability to educate patients and communicate clearly with staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms with high image quality.
• Explain procedures to patients and prepare them for imaging.
• Operate and maintain mammography equipment and participate in quality control.
• Ensure accurate documentation in the EMR and adhere to safety standards.
