Pride Health is seeking a Mammography Technologist to support a Salina, KS facility in a direct-hire, full-time capacity with excellent benefits and a stable schedule.

The role involves mammography, fluoroscopy, and bone densitometry across adult to geriatric patients, ensuring high-quality imaging, radiation safety, and exceptional patient care in a leading healthcare system.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Kansas Licensed Radiologic Technologist (LRT) through the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts (KSBHA).
• ARRT(R) and ARRT(M) certification; BLS certification or completed within first 90 days of employment.
• No experience required; prior mammography and hospital experience are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic and fluoroscopic imaging exams for patients from neonates to geriatrics.
• Perform mammography exams and image-guided breast procedures; bone densitometry for adults.
• Operate radiographic equipment and adjust exposure factors to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
• Provide patient positioning, explain procedures, and maintain high patient care and customer service.
• Follow radiation safety practices and assist providers during procedures as needed.

Pride Health is hiring a Mammography Technologist to support our client's healthcare facility in Salina, KS 67401. This is a direct hire, full-time opportunity offering excellent benefits, a stable schedule, and the chance to work with one of the state’s leading healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform radiographic and fluoroscopic imaging exams and procedures for patients ranging from neonates to geriatric populations.
• Perform mammography exams, image-guided breast procedures, and bone densitometry exams for adult and geriatric patients.
• Operate radiographic equipment and adjust exposure factors to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
• Provide appropriate patient positioning, explain procedures, and maintain a high level of patient care and customer service.
• Follow radiation safety practices and assist providers during procedures as needed.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• License(s): Kansas Licensed Radiologic Technologist (LRT) through the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts (KSBHA)
• Certification(s): ARRT(R) required; ARRT(M) required; BLS required or must be completed within the first 90 days of employment
• Years of experience: No experience required; previous mammography and hospital experience highly preferred

• Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Full Time, primarily 1st Shift / Weekdays
• Pay Range: $26 - $29/ Hour (Based on years of experience)
