• Perform mammography procedures while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and quality care.
• Operate mammography equipment and utilize appropriate technical factors, including compression, exposure modes, filters, kVp, mAs, grid selection, focal spot size, AEC selection, and photo cell selection to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory, quality assurance, and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with radiologists, technologists, and support staff to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional patient outcomes.
• Prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to changing patient volumes in a busy clinical environment.
• Troubleshoot imaging challenges and contribute to process improvements that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
