Outpatient Diagnostic Center of Alabama is seeking an experienced Mammography Technologist to join our patient-focused imaging team. The role centers on performing screening mammograms with opportunities to assist in diagnostic imaging as needed, ensuring high-quality patient care and comfort.

The ideal candidate holds ARRT Radiography certification, Mammography advanced registration, and a minimum associate's degree in Radiology, with a commitment to excellent imaging services and patient

Qualifications

• Experience performing screening mammograms; diagnostic mammography a plus.
• Minimum associate's degree in Radiology or graduate of accredited two-year radiology program.
• ARRT certification in Radiography; Mammography advanced registration; BLS within 60 days of hire.

Full-time

Schedule:

Monday, 7:00am-5:30pm-Huntsville | Wednesday, 8:30am-7:00pm-Huntsville| Thursday and Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm-Madison

Location:

Outpatient Diagnostic Center of Alabama-Madison and Huntsville locations

Requirements

EXPERIENCE: Must have experience performing screening mammograms. Experience in diagnostic mammograms is a plus.

EDUCATION:

Must have a minimum associate's degree in Radiology or be a graduate of an accredited two-year radiology program.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Must be certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiography and maintain current valid registration from ARRT. Must also hold a Mammography advanced registration through ARRT. BLS certification required within 60 days of hire.
