Job summary

Southwoods Health is seeking a Mammography Technologist to join our Boardman office, delivering compassionate, high‑quality imaging services.

Responsibilities include performing mammography per ARRT/MQSA guidelines, maintaining QC records, ensuring patient safety, and upholding safety standards. Active Ohio radiographer license and ARRT certification required; 8 hours Digital Mammography and 8 hours Tomosynthesis training; BLS certification preferred.

Qualifications

• ARRT registration in Mammography and certification.
• Active Radiographer license in Ohio.
• 8 hours Digital Mammography training completed.
• 8 hours Tomosynthesis training completed.
• Stay current with MQSA/ODH continuing education requirements.
• BLS certification via American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Clinically perform mammography procedures according to ARC and MQSA guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and monitor equipment to uphold QC standards.
• Ensure patient safety with proper shielding and aseptic technique; monitor patient status.
• Prepare supplies, interpret physician orders accurately, and maintain a clean environment.
• Adhere to OSHA, manufacturer, and regulatory safety specifications.
