We are seeking an experienced Mammography Technologist to join a leading membership-based primary and specialty healthcare practice focused on prevention, longevity, and precision-based care.
The organization provides comprehensive primary care, advanced screening and diagnostics, urgent care, specialty care, home visits, and imaging services in a personalized, patient-focused environment.

Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality screening and diagnostic mammography and DEXA (Bone Densitometry) scans in accordance with safety protocols and California regulations.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures.
- Utilize proper positioning techniques, equipment adjustments, and ergonomic practices to ensure diagnostic accuracy and patient comfort.
- Explain procedures clearly and compassionately while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.
- Perform daily and weekly Quality Control (QC) testing on mammography and DEXA equipment.
- Maintain compliance with MQSA (Mammography Quality Standards Act) and California Radiologic Health Branch requirements.
- Provide cross-modality support, as authorized, for other imaging services such as MRI or CT.
- Ensure images are accurately documented, labeled, and archived in PACS/RIS systems for radiologist review.
- Maintain a high level of precision, attention to detail, and image quality.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary clinical teams.
- Current California CRT (Radiologic Technologist) certificate in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology.
- Maintain required continuing education, including 24 Category A CE credits every two years, with at least 15 credits specifically in Mammography.
- Current ARRT (R) and ARRT (M) registration in good standing.
- ARRT Bone Densitometry (BD) certification preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
Education & Experience
- Graduate of an ARRT-approved Radiologic Technology program.
- Vocational or Technical School Diploma preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of dedicated experience in Mammography and DEXA.
- Strong knowledge of mammography procedures, patient positioning, equipment operation, and quality control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving clinical environment.
Schedule
- 5x8-hour shifts
- Schedule will be paid in accordance with California labor laws.
- Weekend availability may be required as the organization expands its West Coast operations.
