Brigham and Women's Hospital is seeking an experienced Mammography Technologist to operate dedicated mammography equipment and supervise other Mammographers. The role includes performing screening and diagnostic mammograms and ensuring quality control in line with MQSA, DPH and ACR guidelines.

The candidate should have ARRT licenses (R and M), 2–3 years of mammography experience, and 1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree related field preferred.
• MA Radiography and Mammography license required (Massachusetts).
• ARRT-R certification required; Mammography ARR T-M certification required.
• 2–3 years mammography experience required; Supervisory experience 1–2 years preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms as needed.
• Perform and document QA and QC per DPH, MQSA, and ACR guidelines.
• Maintain daily records on all mammography examinations.
• Monitor compliance with recommendations for follow-up studies.
• Monitor biopsy follow-up procedures to ensure completion.
• Maintain pathological results from biopsies.
