Job summary

Methodist Southwest Medical Center is seeking a Mammography Technologist to perform quality mammography procedures and assist Radiologists in special procedures. The role supports ultrasound, CT, PET, interventional radiology, digital mammography, and nuclear medicine in a teaching hospital environment.

Requirements include MQSA compliance, ARRT(R) and ARRT(M) certifications or ARMRIT, Texas State licensure, BLS, and a minimum of 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist Program and MQSA guidelines.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• Current ARRT(M) or ARMRIT certification.
• Texas Department of State Health certification.
• Work Experience: 1 year required.
• ARRT(R); employee will be required to obtain ARRT(M) license within 1 year of orientation.
