AMN Healthcare is seeking a Mammographer Radiology Physician for locum tenens support in a hospital setting. The role focuses on breast imaging and procedures, including biopsies, with a standard shift from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Start date is ASAP and ongoing coverage is requested.

The credentialing timeframe is about 120 days. A Board Certified radiologist with MQSA and BLS is required to ensure high-quality patient care in a busy radiology department.

Qualifications

• Board certified radiology physician with MQSA experience.
• BLS certification required for patient safety.
• Proficient in breast imaging and biopsy procedures.
• Locum tenens availability and hospital-friendly schedule.

Responsabilités

• Perform mammography and related breast imaging procedures.
• Conduct biopsies and associated breast procedures as needed.
• Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; ASAFP start date.
• Maintain credentialing timelines and patient-centered care.

This facility is seeking a Mammographer Radiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

• Modalities: 54 per shift, Breast imaging and procedures including biopsies
• Shift/Schedule/Hours: Monday-Friday, 8A-5P,
• Dates Needed: 1/1/2027, ongoing
• Credentialing Timeframe: 120 days
• Certifications Required: Board Certified and Basic Life Support (BLS) and Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA)
