Job summary

X-Ray Associates of New Mexico in Santa Fe, NM is seeking a full-time Mammography Technologist to perform screening and diagnostic mammography exams and related procedures. The successful candidate will join an organization with over 70 years in the New Mexico medical community.

Requirements include graduation from an approved school of Radiologic Technology, NM license, CPR certification, and ARRT(M) or ARRT(M) eligible; training may be provided for the right candidate if ARRT(R) certified.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved school of Radiologic Technology is required.
• ARRT(M) or ARRT(M) eligible preferred; training considered for ARRT(R) certified candidates.
• State of New Mexico radiologic license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography exams and related procedures.
• Uphold patient safety, image quality, and radiation safety standards.
• Collaborate with radiology team to ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements:

• Candidates Must be a graduate of an approved school of Radiologic technology.


• ARRT (M) or ARRT (M) eligible preferred, but we will consider training the right candidate if ARRT (R) certified.


• Must be licensed in the State of New Mexico to perform radiological exams.


• CPR Certification required.


• Bona Fide Occupational Qualification: Due to the privacy interests of our patients and the intimacy related to the exam procedure, candidates must be female.
