Trinity Health in Illinois seeks a Mammo Technologist to perform diagnostic mammography and support physician interpretation across outpatient sites. You will deliver high-quality imaging and coordinate with radiologists while handling related clerical tasks and ensuring patient care.

New mammo graduates are welcome to apply. The position requires ARRT, mammography certification, CPR, and MQSA-related competencies, with a Day Shift, 1.0 FTE, and rotating Saturdays at a MacNeal Hospital/North

About the Job

In this role, the Mammo Technologist will perform mammography in order to assist physicians in the diagnosis and/or treatment of medical disorders; performs related clerical and serviced duties.

Here is what you'll need

Required

• Specific Degree(s): Mammography, Radiologic Technology

• 1-2 years of previous job-related experience

• Associate's degree OR equivalent training acquired via work experience or education

Licensure/Certifications

Required

• American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)

• CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) American Heart Association (AHA) only

• Registered Radiographic Technologist

• Registered Radiographic Technologist (Mammography)

Preferred

• Other: All mammography technologists are required to maintain at least 15 category 1 CEU's direct mammography continuing education hours within a 36-month period.

• Must be able to perform 200 exams within a 24-month period. 40 hours of training in mammography.

• 25 mammography exams under direct supervision of MQSA-qualified individual.

Pay Range: $34.00 – $57.00 per hour

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
