Job summary

The position involves producing Malware Analysis Reports, supporting tool validation, expert-witness prep, and process improvements, while ensuring compliance with laboratory procedures and chain of custody.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required; Top Secret/SCI eligibility preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in digital forensics, CS, cybersecurity, IT, criminal justice, or related field.
• Experience in malware analysis, reverse engineering, or digital forensics.
• Proficiency with IDA Pro or Ghidra for reverse engineering.

Responsibilities

• Perform static and dynamic malware analysis and reverse engineering of malicious binaries to identify behavior and indicators of compromise.
• Develop scripts and utilities to support malware triage, artifact extraction, and forensic examinations.
• Analyze digital evidence to identify adversary activity and reconstruct user activity with chain of custody.
