Job summary

A Services Group (ASG) is seeking Maintenance workers for the Volusia Mall in Daytona Beach, FL. Responsibilities include routine upkeep of parking areas, garbage disposal, and pressure washing. Ideal candidates must have good time management skills and reliable transportation. The starting rate is $18.00 per hour and all shifts are available including weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with other crew members.
• Good time management and attention to detail.
• Must be able to listen to customer requests and supervisor instructions.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Routine upkeep of parking lot and surrounding areas.
• Garbage/trash disposal.
• Pressure washing and sweeping walkways and parking lot.
• Other cleaning duties as needed.
