Job summary

Spinoso Realty Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Galleria at Sunset in Henderson, NV. You will perform general maintenance and repairs to keep building systems and the property in excellent condition, under supervision of the Operations Manager.

The role requires at least two years of maintenance experience, proficiency with hand and power tools, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical school or training preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ work experience in maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance/repair on interior and exterior areas of the property.
• Carpentry, drywall repair/painting, tile repair/replacement, flooring repair & replacement, basic plumbing, and basic electrical duties.
• Routine and preventative maintenance on equipment and vehicles.
• Snow removal, lawn/grounds care, and minor parking lot maintenance.
• Basic HVAC maintenance and assistance to other departments as needed.
