Job summary

UPMC Hillman Cancer Center in Harrisburg seeks a Hematologist/Oncologist to diagnose and treat malignant hematologic disorders, including leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma. The role encompasses inpatient and outpatient care and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

You will participate in clinical trials, contribute to an adoptive immunotherapy program, and help build a robust malignant hematology practice with partners in Pittsburgh.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification/eligibility in Hematology and/or Oncology.
• Valid medical license to practice in PA or eligible for licensing.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat patients with malignant hematologic disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Participate in clinical research and trials.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in hematology and oncology.
