SYNERGY HomeCare of Toms River is seeking a compassionate, reliable Male CNA or CHHA to provide high-quality home care for a client in the comfort of their home. This role offers meaningful work and the chance to support someone in a private setting with a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Active CNA or CHHA certification.
• CPR or BLS certification required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Professional, compassionate, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist elderly or recovering clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Support ADLs such as meal prep, serving, and feeding as needed.
• Respond to calls and monitor for changes, reporting concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment.
• Use computer systems and mobile apps to manage schedules, clock in/out, and document care.
• Maintain a positive, respectful demeanor with clients, families and team.
