The position offers $21–$23 per hour with a flexible schedule and weekly pay. A valid NJ CHHA license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass health screenings are required.

Qualifications

• Active NJ CHHA license required.
• Reliable, compassionate, dependable.
• Transportation to client homes.
• Current 2-step PPD test, or clear chest X-ray if previously positive (NJ DOH requirement).

Responsibilities

• Help clients with daily living: bathing, grooming, transfers, meals, mobility, companionship.
• Provide light housekeeping and medication reminders.
• Report condition changes promptly to the supervising RN.
• Document care through BrightStar’s digital platform.
