The ideal candidate has education and salon experience, a passion for mentoring, and the ability to coach students using objective-based education (OBE), mini-classes and learning centers to create exceptional learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience instructing at a cosmetology school is a plus.
• Current cosmetology, barbering, esthetic, or nail and instructor license.
• Excellent organization, coaching, and communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and professional references.
• Passion for the beauty industry and coaching future professionals.
• Familiarity with Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural and technical systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate, motivate, mentor and coach Future Professionals in clinical classroom settings.
• Deliver objective-based education (OBE) through mini-classes and learning centers.
• Foster positive communication, professional development, and teamwork within the student community.
