Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacated apartments and complete make-ready checklists.
• Perform painting, repairs, and basic maintenance tasks as directed.
• Assist with trash-out, lock replacements, and key creation as needed.
• Address weather-related maintenance and safety issues promptly.
• Communicate professionally with residents and management; meet deadlines.
