Greystar is seeking a Make Ready Technician for Ascend at 720 in Cross Roads, TX. You will perform repairs and make-ready work to turn vacant units into market-ready homes, following the community’s checklist and safety policies.

You will caulk, seal, inspect for damages, touch up paint, and help maintain common areas, while supporting cost-saving efforts and timely documentation. The role requires flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and adherence to safety training.

Responsibilities
