The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Make Ready Tech in Palo Alto, CA to join its maintenance team and support groundskeeping, housekeeping, and service requests. Under supervision, you’ll perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and refurbishments to ensure high-quality apartment homes and curb appeal.

Strong English communication, prior custodial/housekeeping experience, and reliable transportation are required.

Formación

• Education: High school diploma or GED highly preferred; strong English verbal and written communication skills
• Experience: Prior custodial, housekeeping or apartment experience preferred
• Technical Skills: Computer proficiency preferred
• Other Requirements: Reliable transportation for essential job functions

Responsabilidades

• Maintenance Services: Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections and janitorial services as assigned
• Maintenance Services: Assist with maintenance of storage area and maintenance materials
• Maintenance Services: Perform refurbishing and renovation of apartments per company standards
• Maintenance Services: Walk the property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality of apartments
• Maintenance Services: Notify Community Manager of any safety concerns and participate in safety meetings
• Maintenance Services: Knowledge of property-specific problems such as asbestos
• Maintenance Services: Maintain accurate record of all tasks completed
• Customer Service: Carry out all maintenance aspects of the community in the Maintenance Supervisor’s absence; including scheduling staff and vendors, ordering new supplies and working with Community Manager on other necessary improvements
• Customer Service: Complete all service requests in accordance with company standards

Under the direction of the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor, the Make Ready Tech is responsible for performing grounds and housekeeping services to ensure excellent curb appeal and quality of apartment homes, as well as responding to related service requests.

Essential Functions Statement(s):

Maintenance Services

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections and janitorial services as assigned
• Assist with maintenance of storage area and maintenance materials
